Overview
Property endpoints now deliver event data with next-day availability. We've removed the previous time buffer from all property endpoints, significantly reducing the latency between when a housing event occurs and when it's accessible via the API.
What Changed
Time buffer removed from property endpoints. Event data is now available the day after the event is processed. For example, a listing event processed on Monday will be queryable via the API on Tuesday.

Technical Details
- Event date: Reflects the actual date the event occurred (unchanged)
- Availability: Data is now accessible the day after the event was processed (next calendar day)
