Hello,

I'm a senior anlayst for JLL- Multi-housing covering the Southeast region/Florida. I came across an article, the link is below, from the Wall Street Journal that mentioned Parcl Labs as a source for demand decreases through the largest MSA's in the state of Florida. Could you provide me with what source is being used to capture demand in single-family and condos? Also, do you track multifamily demand, if so what sources are used for that measurement?
