For Sale Inventory Price Changes Post

https://api.parcllabs.com/v1/for_sale_market_metrics/for_sale_inventory_price_changes

Gets weekly updated metrics on the price behavior of current for sale inventory, based on specified parcl_ids. Available metrics include the count of price changes, count of price drops, median days between price changes, median price change, and the percentage of inventory with price changes. A maximum of 1000 parcl_ids can be requested in a single POST request.

A unique id for a given geographic market in the Parcl Labs API. Parcl_ids are unique and independent of each other, without any hierarchical structure. For example, the parcl_id for Brooklyn, NY bears no relationship to the parcl_id for the New York Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), even though Brooklyn is a part of the New York MSA
