Gets monthly statistics on prices for housing events, including sales, new for sale listings, and new rental listings, based on a specified <parcl_id>.
NOTE
The Housing Event Prices endpoint updates monthly statistics on housing prices, broken out by housing event type (sales, for sale listings, rentals), filterable by property type, and is available for all 70k+ US API markets. It is not the same as the Parcl Labs Price Feed (PLPF), which provides real-time updates (daily) and is available for select US markets. The PLPF can be accessed through the API here.
